1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 2 PM on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing the next business day.
  • During peak periods, processing times may be extended. We will communicate any delays directly to you.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Standard UK Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 2-5 business days

Republic of Ireland Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days

International Shipping

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order via the carrier's website.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some oversized or heavy items may have additional shipping fees. These will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Certain products may be restricted from shipping to specific regions or countries due to local regulations.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, the packaging, and the shipping label.
  • In the event your package is lost or delayed, please get in touch with us, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or unforeseen courier issues.
